Connecting the ware with people is what craft is all about. Brew your coffee with different coffee pots handcrafted by Ping Kee Copperware from Hong Kong and Takeshi Fujii from Japan.

This workshop offers a hands-on experience to learn about the theories and techniques of hand drip coffee brewing, including the origin of the beans and their roasting methods. The Asia Specialty Coffee Association Trainer and founder of passion Coffee, Raul Lee will demonstrate three different expressive flavors of coffee with various brewing techniques and styles of coffee pots.
