Yve Chan has extensive experience in the jewelry industry, including product development for jewelry franchises, handcrafted jewelry and tin utensils, and teaching jewelry knowledge.

After graduating with a degree in marketing and a background in advertising, Yve’s passion for craftsmanship prompted him to pursue further studies in jewelry and silversmithing at Birmingham City University in the United Kingdom. Later, he obtained his certification as a GIA graduate gemologist in the United States. During his time in the UK, his work had received the Assay Office London Technology Award from The Goldsmiths’ Company and International Jewellery London Special Award for Fine Jewellery. Upon returning to Hong Kong, Yve works in product development for fine jewelry. His fine jewelry works have been exhibited at the Baselworld Exhibition. 

With his jewelry creations, Yve Chan continues to weave the old and the new and bridges different cultures worldwide. Lately, Yve has organized craft workshops at Dawn Jewellery, sharing his passion for raising & sinking with his students.
