Nathan Wong first completed an associate degree in Design Interior Architecture from Caritas Bianchi College of Careers and later obtained a Bachelor Degree with Honours in Interior Design from the University of Huddersfield. Serendipitously encountering copper craft, Nathan was captivated by its oxidized form and thus decided to become a coppersmith. After further study in basic forging techniques, he has experimented with the use of copper in everyday utensils. Through copper, Nathan seeks to realize the idea of “imperfect beauty” to integrate craft and design concepts into our daily routines.
