Stemming from a passion towards the culinary arts, Ivan has always wanted to pursue a career in the Food & Beverage industry. Kick starting his career in hotels shortly after graduation, he was quickly introduced to the world of wine & spirits by his peers and never looked back.

Ivan’s love towards crafts and creation stems from his passion in the culinary arts, which started during his years as a university student. He has always loved to cook and often incorporated different culinary ideas and cooking techniques with his own improvisations to create something unique.

In his pursuit of finding the best craft gins around the world, he was eventually inspired to create his own gin and make his own mark by establishing Hong Kong’s first gin distillery with a mission to share a bit of joy and happiness through his passion to those around him.
