Crafts on Peel x Passion Coffee: Coffee Tasting Workshop will be using coffee flavor maps as teaching tools. Together with hand drip brewing coffee in different flavors, this workshop could train participants’ sense of smell and raise their acknowledgment in scent. 

The Asia Specialty Coffee Association Trainer and founder of Passion Coffee, Raul Lee will use coffee pots made by masters from Hong Kong Ping Kee Copperware and Japanese craftsman Takeshi Fujii to brew two flavours of coffee. After his demonstration, participants could also brew their own coffee to further understand hand drip coffee brewing flavours and ways to taste high quality coffee.

• 75% of the payment will be refunded for the cancellation before 48 hours of the class. 
• Any cancellation within 48 hours of a class will not be offered a refund. 
• Participants reserve the rights to transfer the place to others.
